Refunds: All tickets purchased are final. All purchases made are final. No refunds after three business days. Once services are rendered, no refunds may be distributed. If a refund should be distributed it will be minus any expenses incurred by Cocoonx (International Cocoon Experience, LLC) to provided services for that purchase.
Cancellations: Should you need to cancel services, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance or a $60 cancellation fee will be billed to your address or account. Remember it does cost to render services to you.
No Show: If you schedule an appointment, reservation, meeting, or anything where you are expected to attend for a certain time slot, you will be billed for that time. Please contact us 48 hours in advance to scheduling.
